Top 5 tips on how to succeed in an Apprenticeship:
- Come prepared. You don’t need to know everything but make sure you have a broad idea of what is expected of you in your job role, and be open to learning about the company and culture.
- Use your time wisely. This is your time to try new things and map out your career.
- Don’t be afraid to be picky. It’s okay to say no to things! This is your time so make sure your actions are aligned with your interests.
- Don’t let impostor syndrome win! you’ve worked hard and earned your place, so just embrace any challenges that come your way!
- Have fun! Be yourself and enjoy the process of learning, not the end result.
