What is an Apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is a real job where you learn, gain experience and get paid. You’re an employee with a contract of employment and holiday leave. By the end of an apprenticeship, you’ll have the right skills and knowledge needed for your chosen career.

- Work out what you actually want to do – find your passion, there’s no point doing a job just because it sounds good or pays well
- Is it realistic? – can you travel easily, are you working from home, is the salary good? Consider all of these points!
- Look at reviews – how a company treats their staff is an important factor, don’t forget this!
