Course Overview The wood product manufacturing sub sector is part of the manufacturing sector. Wood operatives create high volumes of product by manufacturing wooden products from timber such as: Furniture Stairs Veneers Wood flooring Doors Windows, the list goes on! Duties include operating a range of machinery and preparing machinery for the manufacturing process. Spot checking material to spot any defects or faults before going ahead with the process.
