Why employers should recruit apprentices
Today's job market presents numerous challenges to the employer. In this entry, we will look into how apprentices can solve many of them. What is an apprentice? Similar to a trainee, an apprentice is an employee and a student. For an agreed term, they are taken on board to acquire specialized skills specific to the industry and company.
